In-home Physical Therapy with Medicare
Provided to individuals who are unable to leave their home due to their condition.
Examples of conditions include stroke, Parkinson's, post surgical rehabilitation, chronic illness, or decline in medical function.
Accepted Insurance:
We accept traditional Medicare and many Medicare Advantage Plans.Certain plans require pre-authorization which can take up to 2-weeks.
Available for residents within 45 minutes of Portland, Oregon.

Concierge Rehabilitation
Concierge Physical Therapy is a cash-pay service for people in the Portland metro area.We bring the whole clinic to your home.You will have 1-on-1 guidance through your rehab exercises, manual services such as therapeutic massage, stretching, joint mobilizations and other Physical Therapy services.
We do not accept medical insurance for concierge visits.
Available for residents within 45 minutes of Portland, Oregon.

Our Team
Michelle Orelli PT, DPT
Co-owner & Physical Therapist
Michelle received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford in 2014. She started the first few years of her career as a traveling physical therapist, working in outpatient orthopedic clinics in New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Washington. After traveling physical therapy, she worked for a clinic affiliated with the Hospital For Special Surgery in New York, where she pursued both outpatient and home care physical therapy for 3 years. In 2019, Michelle moved back to the Northwest and worked for Therapeutic Associates. During COVID-19, Michelle and her partner started ReadyGo Physical Therapy to ensure people have access to quality care in the comfort of their home. Michelle has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and post operative injuries. She is a certified Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association and has taught various students over the years. Aside from physical therapy, Michelle enjoys hiking, camping and anything outdoors!
Devin Byrne
Co-owner & Administrator
Devin studied Environmental Sciences at Towson University and has been a Project Manager and Engineer in multiple industries. Devin handles billing, scheduling, and day-to-day activities at ReadyGO. He is an active runner and surfer who is very familiar with Physical Therapy as a patient (He's doing great!). Devin grew up in New York and spent 5 years living in Brooklyn before moving to Portland, Oregon. He is an avid botanist, mycophile, documentary-lover, hands-on-tinkerer, and an occasional jazz-enthusiast. Devin also organizes destination surf trips and has led over a dozen trips to Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, California, and others!
